Goal-Oriented TreatmentOur main task is therapy is to create a safe and collaborative alliance with you that allows you to move towards your goals in life. We work together to explore your strengths as well as places that keep you stuck. We help you get in touch and make sense of your feelings, thoughts, and actions in your relationships and to gain more agency and flexibility in your life. We help you gain deeper understanding of your patterns at the same time as we work to change these patterns by bringing behavioral changes to your life.
